Dosing & Usage
What are the active and other ingredients in each chew?
Active ingredient (per 5g chew):
- Organic Full Spectrum Hemp Oil (29 mg, contains 10 mg CBD)
Other natural ingredients:
- Water, Organic Oat Flour, Organic Pumpkin, Organic Peanut Butter, Organic Coconut Oil, Collagen, Organic Glycerin, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate.
How many chews should I give my pet?
- Under 25 lbs → 0.5–1 chew
- 25–65 lbs → 1–2 chews
- 66+ lbs → 2–3 chews
Give during or after meals. Twice daily is best.
How soon will my dog feel the effects?
Most pets respond within 4–6 weeks of consistent use, though some may benefit sooner.
Are there any known side effects?
Some pets may experience mild lethargy or soft stool. If symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult your vet.

Is it okay for puppies or breeding animals?
Safety in pregnant or breeding pets hasn't been established—consult your vet before use.
Any allergy concerns?
Yes—our chews contain Coconut and Peanut Butter. Not for human consumption; keep out of reach of children.
How should I store them?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to preserve freshness.
Shipping & Tracking
How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 2PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders after 2PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options (1–3 days) are also available at checkout.
Do you ship everywhere in the U.S.?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states plus U.S. territories.
Will I get tracking information?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days at shipping@pawsease.pet and we’ll make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us immediately so we can update it.

How do I start a return?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
What if I subscribed to monthly deliveries?
You can cancel anytime before your next order ships. If your order is already processed, you may still return it under our 30-Day Guarantee.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes! You can request an exchange if you’d prefer another product.
Do you accept returns from other retailers?
No — if you purchased from another retailer, please return it through them directly.
